MADCAA is an acronym for Makadara Campaign Against AIDS We are a community-based organization working in Kenya's informal settlements existing only to respond to one of the most urgent challenges in our communities: girls forced to drop out of school due to poverty, early pregnancy, and social vulnerability. Too often, these young mothers face stigma, economic hardship, and limited access to education—trapping them and their children in cycles of poverty.
At MADCAA, we believe that education and economic empowerment are the most powerful tools for transformation.
We work to:
Our approach is community-driven. We collaborate with families, schools, local leaders, and partners to create safe, supportive environments where young mothers can rebuild their futures and where their children can thrive.
At the heart of MADCAA is a simple belief:
Every girl deserves a second chance. Every child deserves a strong start.
Through compassion, collaboration, and practical action, we are building pathways from vulnerability to opportunity—one family at a time.
